With the License Usage cube, you can gain deep visibility into your software ecosystem:

• Track usage over time: Analyze trends on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis to identify patterns and forecast needs.
• Monitor tenant-level metrics: View total, consumed, and available licenses for your entire tenant in one view.
• Drill down into user details: Check specific product licenses assigned to and used by each individual.
• Understand application engagement: Analyze the number of active users for each application to ensure ROI.

This new capability empowers license administrators and IT teams with actionable data to optimize allocation, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance.

Custom Dashboard Enhancements

We’ve introduced a set of enhancements designed to boost usability and interactivity within your custom views:

• Seamless Dashboard Linking: Create connections between custom or default dashboards directly through widgets for a smooth drill-down experience.
• Interactive Text Widgets: Add links to direct users to external websites, internal resources, or documentation directly from your dashboard.

Personalized Home Page

A new Default Dashboard option in User Management lets you tailor the landing experience for every user. Upon login, users are now directed to their assigned custom dashboard, transforming the home page into a personalized data hub.

This makes it easy for teams to land directly on the most relevant insights. It also supports users with limited access, such as those with the Dashboard-Only role.
