Position Summary
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to elevate Yarken’s global presence and drive awareness in a market dominated by legacy players. This role will own our website narrative, LinkedIn presence, and go-to-market campaigns, while also equipping sales and partners with compelling tools to win enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Brand
- Website & Digital Storytelling: Own and evolve Yarken’s website content, case studies, and customer stories. Ensure our digital presence reflects our global enterprise impact.
- LinkedIn Brand Building: Lead Yarken’s LinkedIn content strategy and execution, amplifying our voice, executive presence, and partner collaborations.
GTM & Enablement
- Go-to-Market Campaigns: Plan and execute GTM launches for new features and product updates that resonate with enterprise buyers.
- Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, playbooks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitor comparison sheets that help sales and partners confidently engage with enterprise buyers.
Content & Events
- Thought Leadership: Produce blogs, whitepapers, and event content to position Yarken as a challenger brand in TBM and FinOps.
- Conferences & Events: Plan, manage, and represent Yarken at key conferences and industry events; from messaging and booth setup to follow-up campaigns ensuring consistent brand presence and lead generation.
Strategy & Intelligence
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends to refine Yarken’s positioning and narrative.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or enterprise IT marketing.
- Proven ability to build brand visibility via website, SEO, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate complex IT/FinOps concepts into clear executive-level messaging.
- Experience supporting enterprise go-to-market campaigns with global system integrators and direct sales.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a scale-up environment.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead and own global marketing efforts at Yarken. This role is responsible for defining and executing Yarken’s marketing strategy, strengthening our market presence, and supporting revenue growth across enterprise and public-sector customers.
The Marketing Director will serve as the connective tissue between product, sales, partners, and executive leadership, shaping our narrative, positioning Yarken as a thought leader in AI-enabled TBM, ITFM, FinOps disciplines, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Own Yarken’s end-to-end marketing strategy, aligned to company growth objectives.
- Define positioning, messaging, and brand narrative across TBM, FinOps, and enterprise IT audiences.
- Establish marketing priorities, plans, and success metrics.
Website, Content & Digital Presence
- Own Yarken’s website narrative, structure, and content, including use cases, product messaging, and case studies.
- Drive SEO and content strategy to support inbound interest and credibility.
- Lead content development including blogs, whitepapers, thought leadership, and customer stories.
Go-to-Market & Product Marketing
- Lead go-to-market planning for new features, releases, and solutions.
- Translate product capabilities into clear business value for CIO, CFO, and Finance audiences.
- Develop competitive positioning against legacy platforms (e.g., Apptio).
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, demos, battle cards, and case studies.
- Support enterprise sales cycles with tailored messaging and executive-level materials.
- Partner closely with global system integrators and channel partners on joint messaging and campaigns.
Brand, Thought Leadership & Events
- Build Yarken’s brand presence across LinkedIn, industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
- Develop executive and company thought leadership in TBM, FinOps, and IT financial management.
- Plan and support industry conferences, including messaging, booth presence, and post-event follow-up.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track marketing performance and pipeline influence.
- Refine messaging and campaigns based on market feedback, sales input, and customer insights.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, enterprise IT marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy for complex, enterprise software products.
- Strong understanding of IT, finance, or technology cost management concepts (TBM, FinOps, ITFM preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into executive-ready messaging.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and long, consultative sales cycles.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment with high ownership and accountability.
