Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding YäRKEN’s presence across enterprise and mid-market customers in North America. This is a hunter role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving SaaS environments, excels at consultative selling, and can articulate the value of TBM and FinOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan focused on new customer acquisition within enterprise IT, Finance, and Cloud organizations.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, partner collaboration, and targeted campaigns.
- Lead the full sales cycle from first meeting to close including discovery, business case development, and negotiation.
- Work closely with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery to align messaging, demos, and customer onboarding.
- Represent YäRKEN at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a brand ambassador for modern TBM + FinOps practices.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in CRM systems.
- Provide feedback from the field to influence go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or software sales, ideally within IT Financial Management, Cloud Optimization, or FinOps.
- Proven record of hunting and closing new business in consultative or solution-based sales.
- Strong understanding of technology cost models, cloud billing, or IT finance principles (TBM, FinOps, or related frameworks).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for CFOs, CIOs, and Cloud leaders.
- Highly motivated, autonomous, and entrepreneurial — comfortable working in a high-growth, start-up environment.
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.

Role Overview
We’re looking for an Automation Lead to build and scale an automation-first testing culture across our engineering and delivery teams. You’ll own our automation strategy, frameworks, and test infrastructure for a multi-cloud, Node.js + React, single-tenant SaaS platform.
This role blends automation engineering, DevOps collaboration, and enablement and not just writing tests, but also defining how and where tests run across environments, including production-like setups. You’ll enable developers to own their testing, automate everything possible, and ensure quality becomes a shared responsibility.

Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing across a Node.js + React stack. -

Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to embed quality at every stage of delivery, from design to deployment.
What You Bring

6–10 years of experience in QA automation, including leadership or technical ownership of automation frameworks.

Deep experience with Node.js and React-based applications and modern testing libraries (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, Chai).

Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proven experience integrating tests in CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar).
